Lim Do-hyeok is a Korean indie singer-songwriter celebrated for his delicate sensibility and warm, intimate vocal style. His music centers on everyday emotions—longing, love, and heartache—delivered through acoustic-tinged melodies and deeply personal lyrics. He first gained wider public recognition through his appearance on the popular singing competition Superstar K 6, an experience that proved instrumental in shaping his path as an independent artist.

Beginning his solo career in earnest in 2020 with singles such as 'You'll Do Better When You're Here' and 'I Will Always Be In Love,' Lim steadily honed his musical identity. The year 2021 was particularly prolific, seeing the release of three EPs—'General well-being,' 'I see you everywhere,' and '1007-1'—each accompanied by instrumental counterparts, reflecting his meticulous attention to musical craftsmanship and compositional depth.

His 2023 EP 'Superstar K 6 - Do Hyeok Lim' offered a meaningful retrospective of his competition days, resonating strongly with long-time fans. The 2024 single 'Serenade' and the 2025 Christmas EP '너와 함께, 크리스마스' demonstrated his gift for romantic, season-evoking music that connects with listeners on an emotional level.
